Names Mike Tyson, not the real Mike Tyson but hey let’s get into it. I can’t say enough good things about Juan! A few weeks ago, he came out to inspect my heater, and I was blown away by his professionalism, expertise, and positivity. My heater’s getting up there in years, but Juan gave it a thorough check and assured me it’s still kicking strong—talk about peace of mind! He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and his attention to detail was impeccable. Beyond his skills, Juan’s friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole experience a delight. He’s a true gem—reliable, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. If you need heater service, Juan’s the one to call! 10/10, hands down.

We had Juan come out to check my grandma’s furnace after she worried it wasn’t working right, and I can’t say enough good things! He was incredibly informative, explaining everything in a way that put her at ease. Juan was also so helpful, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system and address all our concerns. We’d absolutely call him back anytime we need furnace help—top-notch service!

BUYER BEWARE-HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY Contacted this company on Friday to set a clogged drain needing snaked. They set the appointment first from 8am to 6pm, then 12am to 4 pm Saturday and never showed up, or even called. I can understand if they are running late. A call would of been nice. I called several times, spoke to the answering service. "They will have dispatch call you". A new appointment was set for 6pm to 9pm. No show / no call again. Not once did "dispatch" call through this ordeal. I wasted my whole day, not able to use the bathroom waiting. Be nice if I could invoice my wasted time! At weekend emergency rates! I honestly think they should change their name to weakbuilt instead. I will never hire this company again, ever. Well attempt to hire i should say. This company really seems like an embarrassment to the industry trades. Best part of this. Now because of the repeated no shows, it's now "classified" as an emergency. What, so they can charge you more? Thinking about it, seems a bit like a scam to me. This is not a difficult task needing done. Just snake the lines from a clean out to the street. 30 minutes tops. I'm hiring someone else.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am a few weeks late however, Juan came over to work on my grandpas unit and was so professional, personable, and detail oriented while explaining the process with us. This man deserves a raise with how patient he was with dealing with customers that are hard of hearing. Thank you for being so kind and patient with us and taking the time to even ask about my grandpas fur babies, it means a lot!!!

Appointment scheduling was easy and the lady who answered the phone for scheduling was professional and pleasant. Technicians clearly explained the work being performed and why, and the work result was shown and clearly explained. They were also professional, pleasant and customer oriented. Thank you!

Marcos and Anthony are awesome. They did a electrical panel swap/upgrade and replaced my solar inverter (supplied by me). Took a day for each job. Did amazing work, friendly, would 100% have them work on my home again.

I chose this spot cause it was american and veteran owned and they didn't disappoint. Aside from the dude Not having the right bit for his snake, it still managed to cut through the clog I had and apparently cleared it out. The dude was cool and I will definitely be doing business with this company again as well as recommend it to anyone I know who needs their pipes snaked and cleared. 5 star all the way.

Juan serviced our ac on one trip and checked out our furnace during another. Juan was very thorough and shared important info with us in plain language which helped us make the best decision for our home. I appreciate all his work and honesty and look forward to using him with future home needs.
